Tom Simic.
Tom runs Simic Financial, a Geelong advisory and bookkeeping firm with a team across Geelong, Melbourne and the Philippines.
He has worked with more than 1,000 businesses, holds six degrees across accounting, law, property and executive leadership, and won the 2025 Young Chartered Accountant of the Year award.
He kept meeting the same kind of owner: smart, flat out, growing, and making the hard calls alone. Geelong had plenty of them, but they rarely ended up in the same room. In 2026 he started Geelong Entrepreneurs to change that.
